The Office of the Provost held its reception for nominees of the university’s 2010 Awards for Excellence. This year, the Institute’s academic program coordinator, Laura Ladrie, was cited as an Award nominee. Laura joined the Institute in 2007, to become the third full-time member of the staff. Laura’s energy and talents were essential in the successful launch of the Institute and the Master of Science in Analytics (MSA) degree program. Each year Laura coordinates the curriculum development and teaching efforts of two-dozen faculty members across a dozen departments in six colleges. Laura’s success can be attributed to her hard work, enthusiasm, ingenuity, organizational skills, diligence and friendly demeanor. Her professionalism wins her high marks among the university and business community. She is a wonderful ambassador for the Institute.
