April Wilson joined the Institute for Advanced Analytics in December 2012.

April is a higher education and talent development leader with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. Her purpose is simple but deeply personal: To help people see today how great they can be tomorrow.

During her time at the institute, she has built and expanded partnerships with local, national, and international organizations, strengthening pipelines between education and industry and delivering strong outcomes for students and employers alike.

Her career spans higher education, corporate talent acquisition, and human resources. Prior to her current role, she held positions at SAS, where she managed diversity, student, and early professional recruitment programs and led company-wide outreach initiatives. She also served as director of diversity programs for NC State’s Wilson College of Textiles, partnering with faculty and staff to design and implement impactful diversity initiatives.
