Bio

Katherine Gilliland joined the Institute for Advanced Analytics in MONTH YEAR.

Katherine partners with students to explore goals, challenges, and possibilities while increasing self-awareness, building interpersonal skills and recognizing choice. With a background in technology and change management consulting and human resources, she brings practical experiences and perspectives balanced with an understanding of the academic environment. 

She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and is certified in the Tilt 365 suite of tools, DISC, MBTI, Archetypes At Work (TM), Hardiness Resilience Gauge, and HeartMath Building Personal Resilience (TM).

In addition to her part-time role at the institute, Katherine coaches executives, facilitates leadership development classes for corporate clients, supports coach training programs, serves as a mentor coach and certifies practitioners in the Tilt 365 suite of tools.

In her free time, she loves being outdoors, cooking, reading, hanging out with family and friends and listening to a wide range of music.
