Data science is a rapidly evolving field, and our faculty iterate on the curriculum to ensure its relevance.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #85a7b8;\">Intensive<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The MSA is a 10-month, full-time, on-campus learning experience that spans three semesters: Summer II, Fall, and Spring.<\/li>\n<li>It is delivered as a single, integrated course of study taught exclusively to students in the MSA cohort.<\/li>\n<li>Classes, workshops, team meetings, and other program activities are held Monday-Friday from approximately 9 a.m. &#8211; 4 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #85a7b8;\">Immersive<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The program emphasizes the acquisition and application of practical knowledge and skills.<\/li>\n<li>MSA students work on challenging business problems with <a href=\"https:\/\/analytics.ncsu.edu\/?page_id=2874\">actual data shared from sponsoring organizations<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Students regularly engage with data professionals, gaining exposure to best practices and emerging trends across various industry sectors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #85a7b8;\">Interactive<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>The program climate is collaborative, rather than competitive.
